PriZe Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PromptTown Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), which operates the PriZe service, and its members, in connection with the use of the competition/event brokerage platform service (the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms are intended to define the rights and obligations between the Company and Members, responsibilities, and other necessary matters in relation to Members’ use of the Service provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  1. Service refers to all services related to providing competition/event information, applications, payments, judging, notifications, and related functions provided by the Company.
  2. Member refers to a person who agrees to these Terms, enters into a service use agreement with the Company, and uses the Service.
  3. Host refers to an organizer who creates and operates a competition through the Company’s platform.
  4. Guest refers to a participant who applies to participate in a competition created by a Host.
  5. Ticket refers to an intangible right of use purchased by a Member to participate in a competition.
  6. Content refers to all materials uploaded or created by a Member while using the Service, including videos, images, text, audio, and similar materials.
  7. Competition in these Terms includes all participation-based events created through the PriZe platform, such as contests, auditions, events, and challenges.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Members.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not in violation of applicable laws.
  3. If the Company amends the Terms, it will announce the effective date and reason for amendment together with the current Terms within the Service for the following periods:
    1. Amendments not disadvantageous to Members: from 7 days prior to the effective date
    2. Amendments disadvantageous to Members: from 30 days prior to the effective date
