PriZe Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

Prompt Town Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), which operates the PriZe service, values the protection of users’ personal information and makes every effort to protect such information.

The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, and establishes and implements this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws to protect users’ rights and interests.
The Company establishes and complies with this Privacy Policy and makes it available through its mobile application so that users can easily access and review it at any time.

2. Methods and Categories of Personal Information Collected

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are set forth below. The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide its services, and the purposes of collection, categories of information collected, and retention and use periods may vary depending on the services provided.

[Host Registration]

Sanctions screening and anti-money laundering verification	Name, date of birth, and nationality of the representative and beneficial owner	-	Until termination of the Host agreement. However, where retention is required by law, the information may be retained for the period specified in Article 6.

Information that is unavoidably necessary to verify eligibility for a particular Competition, such as age or affiliation, may be designated as required information for that Competition. In such cases, the reason for collection will be disclosed on the Competition application screen.
The Company restricts membership registration by children under the age of 14 and does not intentionally collect their personal information. However, where the processing of such information is necessary for the operation of a Competition, the Company will process only the minimum necessary information after taking measures required under applicable laws, including obtaining consent from a legal guardian.
If the purposes or categories of personal information processed by the Company change, the Company will obtain prior consent as required by applicable laws.
