Prompt Town Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), which operates the PriZe service, highly values the protection of users’ personal information and makes every effort to safeguard such information.

The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and all other applicable laws and regulations relating to personal information protection. The Company has established this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws and is committed to protecting users’ rights and interests.
The Company has established and complies with this Privacy Policy and makes it available through its mobile application so that users may easily access and review it at any time.

Information essential to verifying eligibility for a particular competition, such as age or affiliation, may be designated as required information for that competition. In such cases, the reason for requiring the information will be disclosed on the competition application screen.
The Company restricts membership registration by children under the age of 14 and does not intentionally collect their personal information. However, where processing is necessary for the operation of a competition, the Company will process only the minimum necessary information after taking measures required under applicable laws, including obtaining consent from a legal representative.
If the purposes or categories of membership information processed by the Company change, the Company will request prior consent in accordance with applicable laws.
